I am a global editor, business/content developer, a producer of alliances & partnerships, and a strategic curator for the World Wide Web. I am a natural communicator; intrigued by language and words: their meaning, power and performance. I am visual and analytical, serious and joyful. I appreciate awareness, discovery and human spirit. I think creatively and like challenges. I get excited by messages that captivate and spread. I like success.

As a communicator I need to connect, engage, invite, persuade, humor, enliven, inspire, educate. My job is to listen, learn, experiment and connect. The complexity or simplicity of our world compels us to be interested, and become interesting in return. Our desires, challenges and triumphs are our best teachers. And, our greatest stories.

From the Great Books to popular media and Emmy award-winning teamwork, to business development, public policy and PR, I connect with clients, co-workers, communities, and target audiences. Iā€™m an instinctive networker who likes creating collaboratively and independently. I develop and place messages and stories. Strategically.

Updating my portfolio, I am reminded of something useful: that it is not always possible to separate content development, community engagement and communication strategy. Call it interdependencies or chemistry, or the art of connection.

Call it serendipity: as a filmmaker, journalist, legislative analyst, lobbyist, paralegal, entrepreneur, writer, editor, and collaborator, my career has journeyed inside and through local and global communities of storytellers, stakeholders, policymakers, educators, healthcare providers, and innovators across the business spectrum.
